MOVE Academy Singapore has delivered Art Du Déplacement (ADD), Parkour and Movement classes in Singapore from 2013 to 2022, with a strong focus on the ADD values, to help everyone build a strong body, mind and spirit.
We believed in positively influencing the lives of those we meet, and embracing the mindset of "paying it forward" through service to others.
We are glad to have built a thriving community of students, practitioners and supporters who shared our vision, leading other aspiring students and practitioners to insightful learning both in movement and in life through their own philosophy, wisdom and knowledge.
