Nov. 3, 2015 I was diagnosed with breast cancer.My fight began with a bi-lateral mastectomy with reconstruction. Yesterday March 8, 2016 I had a port installed so I can do chemotherapy.
As a group fitness instructor my life was seriously changed. Cancer plays with your brain and your body. I am fighting to change that in my life with exercise! It is not easy. I found that there is not a lot of places for fighters/survivors to workout. I feel in my heart that I am going through this for a reason, a purpose. To help encourage others to fight their fatigue, soreness, depression, nausea with exercise. I hope that when you find this channel you will share with others. Please join me in a small workout each day. Together we can beat this evil that is trying to rob us of our life!
