Born in the foothills of Himalayas, Kashmir, I learned Yoga as a child from my father. I taught Yoga while in school growing up, reaped the benefits of daily mantra chanting and affirmations. As I grew old the challenges of school and career derailed me and spirituality took a back seat in my life, especially as the subject science became the prime contender for truth.
As I spent years in settling myself, I realized there in no end to establishing yourself in terms of your career, your family or life. Something always seemed amiss. I decided it was time to go back to my roots, my father's teachings.
This channel is my journey, to explore the path within and share some of the gems that guided me and enhanced my meditation practice. I hope to document my experience of finding myself and going back to my roots, Kashmir Shaivism. Hope these meditations will bring in love and abundance in your life just like they did in mine.
