Simplestrums is a small group of young people which started in the year 2014. We are grouped and moved together to sing worship songs. As we often see one another, we tend to compose simple songs which seem to awaken our interests. We then thought of a name that will suit as. It was "Tribulation Band" which we first decided. Named to bring positive outlooks to people in times that they are down, which is really the goal. Afterwards, we thought that we are not yet as good as others because we have just that simple skills in strumming and having simple personalities. We then came-up with a name "Simplestrums", which we think will really suit us as a band.
