Loy9 is an entertaining and inspiring mass media campaign on TV, radio, online and print, that any young Cambodian can take part in.
The campaign is aimed at young people between the ages of 15 and 24 from all over Cambodia. Loy9 is entertaining and also provides young Cambodians with information and ideas to support their engagement in civic life. It's designed to change the perception that young people are not willing or able to get usefully involved in their communities. The TV programmes are fun shows designed for the whole family to enjoy, and feature young Cambodians who have great stories to tell about how they are involved in their communities.
