Based in Toronto, Cassandra Hope is president of Be Well With Hope. As Canada’s first Mindset Coach, Hope focuses on changing our thinking as our thoughts hold the key to transforming lives in positive, meaningful ways. She is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Gut-health Expert, and Certified Life Coach. However, she takes a real-talk approach, leaving superficial rhetoric to “just be positive,” “create a plan” and “have no excuses!” at the door. Hope gets to the root of what’s truly standing in the way of achieving career, fitness, relationship and health goals. Her coaching style is deeply involved, and includes goal development, and fitness and nutritional planning. Hopes teachings and programs focus on proudly owning our struggles, and standing up against stigmas. As a recovered addict, survivor of abuse, and sufferer of IBS, Hope shares her personal journey to healing, and expert knowledge to help Canadians of all walks of life reach their true potential.
