Jazz at the Music Settlement offers courses that provide a comprehensive immersion into jazz. The cirriculum will help students excel in a high school or college jazz program! Our faculty has a wealth of experience performing in top-tier ensembles and with internationally recognized artists. In addition, we have an extensive national network of collegiate jazz educators and programs to provide students with referrals. We tailor method books and courses of study to the individual interests and needs of the student as soon as they have mastered the basics. We offer performance opportunities for our students in a variety of ensembles and combos based on the skills and level of each student. Many other events are also offered, such as master classes, and workshops.
