Nationally qualified peanut butter eater and aspiring power-builder. I graduated with my Bachelors in Health Education and Physical Eduction as well as a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. I'm a high school teacher tryna get out there and educate people so kids, teens, and even adults, don't fall down that slippery slope of fitness garbage like i did!
