My name is Jan Jellison Estacio.
I was born in city of San Fernando, La Union Philippines. When I was a kid, I always help my mom and dad in the kitchen and learn a lot of dishes they cook. During my childhood days, I love watching cooking shows and read a lot of cookbook recipes. Also loves in listening to music and singing. My special interest goes into food and music. Until I grow up, I studied Culinary Arts to pursue my career as a chef as it was my dream first ever and learned a lot professionally how the food is being prepared starting from basic to advance concepts.
Now, I created this channel because I want to share my knowledge and skills in terms of cooking, baking, tips and tutorials. My goal is to empower my channel and help to inspire other people especially for those who seek recipes on how to cook different food at the comfort of their home kitchen. I always put "love" on every dish I make which results an extraordinarily delicious!
