Both my wife and I have previous farming experience. My wife had been a prepper at one point. She had over 3 years of food stockpiled. I had grown up on a small farm, and lived in rural areas in most of my childhood. My wife had lived most of her life in the same place. Where I have never really lived more than 8 or 9 years in the same place. Even as a child I would only live in one place for an average of about 3 years.
As we followed God's plan for our lives individually. We ended up meeting through Facebook. We had prayed about it, and began supervised courtship. During courtship we never even shook hands! Never touched each other, in any way. We held hands for the first time at our Wedding. First hug, and also first kiss. We have no regrets.
We ended up learning that we had the same interests in sustainable living, and Homesteading. We live in south central Kentucky. We are sharing our journey to Homesteading. Come on along!
