Born in small industrial city UFA, Russia with lots of ambitions. I was surrounded by the fitness in the very young age with my father being Russian Olympic speed skating trainer. Working out has always been a passion of mine. Through high school I ran the 400 and 800-meter race and loved every minute of it. I continued on running 4 years of collegiate track at UFA State Aviation Technical University where I learned what hard work really is. My body reached limits I didn’t even know it could reach and my body reached the point of exhaustion more than I could count, however it was one of the best experiences of my life. I learned that our bodies are capable of a lot more than we imagine, but it takes a lot of hard work, motivation and consistency. I soon graduated from UFA State Aviation Technical University with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Protection. However, I knew I wanted to do something in my career that helped people adopt a healthy lifestyle. I move to USA..
