Hello! I'm Rikky - Dietitian (APD), Nutritionist and Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher based in Australia. Since 2016 I have been teaching yoga classes in my boutique studio in Brisbane, and offering nutrition consultations to clients in medical clinics and within my own private practice.
In both my yoga classes and clinical practice as a dietitian, I saw firsthand the effects of poor mental health on different conditions - from chronic and metabolic disease to poor gut health and immune function.
Through improving mindfulness, movement, nutrition and sleep, my mission is to help busy people like you find calm and stress less, so you can restore, reconnect with and feel better in your mind and body.
