The Low Dimensional Structures and Devices group is based at the University of Sheffield, in the UK. The group carries out leading-edge research in the physics and applications of semiconductor nanostructures, with particular emphasis on novel opto-electronic phenomena. In this channel we will be sharing videos and animations describing some of the science behind our research.
