This channel was formerly known as CSSIA. The Moraine Valley Community College team established the NCAE-C Education Pathway National Center
(EPNC or Pathway Center) to: (1) function as a national resource and coordinator for education pathways to
cybersecurity careers from K-12 through post-secondary education; (2) manage the NCAE-C initiatives that
prepare secondary-level students for transition to post-secondary education at community college and/or
university academic programs of study; (3) collaborate with the Careers Preparation National Center to
ensure programs are developed to be complimentary to, and facilitate transition implementation of, both
initiatives; (4) leverage and focus on implementation of the RING initiative; and (5) collaborate with Teacher
Development initiatives, including but not limited to, the Cybersecurity High School Innovations (CHI) and
National Cybersecurity Teaching Academy (NCTA) (FY2021 NCAE-C grants) for continuity and awareness.
