Hello, welcome to my channel!
My name is Tobias Volkamer. I started playing the guitar when I was 15 years old. As soon as I was able to play some chords, people asked me to sing while playing, but I did not want to learn lyrics.....so I started playing bluesharp.
Years later, a friend of mine offered me a chromatic harmonica as a gift. On it, there where all those notes I`ve missed on the bluesharp! So I build a footpedal to push the button of the chromatic harmonica instead of using my hand.
In the beginning, it was totally confusing not to tap the beat with my foot, but to push the pedal depending on the melody.
I had to practice a lot, and finally I managed to become better. I started to play more difficult tunes with faster and more complex chords and melodies.
By now, my music has become a real friend to me, who demands a lot (of practicing), but also gives a lot in return.
