A native of Portland OR, Medora began dancing and performing over 20 years ago. She currently lives in Milan, Italy. Her career has spanned hip-hop tours from Portland to Alaska and Japan. Along with being a member of the NBA Portland Trailblazers Dance Team for 5 years, her background also bridges extensive coaching and choreography with dance teams at Oregon State University and Portland State University, and, professionally, with the WNBA Portland Fire Hip Hop Squad and the Portland Trail Blazers Hip Hop Team. Medora has been a Zumba instructor since 2008 and launched her own format "Dance Club" in Seattle, WA in 2011. Since then, her fast-paced, easy to follow and professional choreography has become a hit among other dance fitness instructors all over the world.
