About Me- At a young age, Mina D. was enchanted by the aromatic fragrances and unique cooking techniques of her mother’s Thai kitchen. Not being born or lived in Thailand herself, cooking was a great way to stay connected to her heritage. Under the tutelage of her mother, Lek (owner/chef of Asian Fusion Cafe, Miami) Mina developed a taste memory by many years of engaging in the kitchen. She loves weekend trips with her son to Farmers Markets, the best part of living in California! She loves sharing her culinary knowledge with others.
