The Community Aid Foundation (CAF)Sri Lanka is incorporated as a non-Governmental Organization under the Voluntary Services Organization Act No.31 of 1980 as amended by No.08 of 1998 and with the registration No. MN/SS/NGO/CAF 0028 .
The Community Aid Foundation (CAF) is a non-Governmental, Non Political, Non Profit Making and a Non-Religious Organization exclusively founded on the principles of Humanities to undertake community work to all needy people.
CAF (Community Aid Foundation) started its mission during early 2012 with a view to address the imbalances thereby committed to the release of the human potentials in Mannar Districts. The team consists of professionals, with sociological and science background, who are committed to the cause of combating rural poverty and socio-political imbalances using indigenous knowledge/system to the best. The major focus group or target sections of community for CAF are coastal poor, small and marginal farmers
